The Conflict Ends Here
Tension is growing, communication feels impossible, and no matter how hard you try, the same arguments keep happening. You want peace in your home, but between work, responsibilities, and the demands of everyday life, it feels like you’re constantly playing referee instead of truly connecting with the people you love.
The truth? Family struggles don’t mean failure—they mean change is needed. With the right support, you can improve communication, build stronger relationships, and create a home where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Relationship therapy is for anyone in a partnership e.g. married, dating, cohabiting, or long-term, who feels stuck or wants to deepen connection.
It’s helpful if you experience repetitive conflicts, communication breakdowns, trust issues, or transitions you’re navigating together (e.g. becoming parents, moving, life changes).
-
In a session, I’ll guide you through structured dialogue. We explore patterns (how conflicts start, escalate, resolve), your emotional needs, and the underlying perspective you bring.
Over time, we build better communication habits, repair ruptures, and create new ways to connect. Homework or “relationship exercises” may be given to practice between sessions too.
-
This depends on your goals, how long the issues have been present, and how much both of you engage with the work outside of sessions.
Most people start with weekly or fortnightly sessions. Many see meaningful progress in 6 to 12 sessions, though deeper or long-term transformation might take more.
-
Yes - confidentiality is a foundational principle. What you share in sessions stays between us, with just a few ethical exceptions (e.g. risk of harm to self or others, abuse disclosures).
I’ll explain these boundaries clearly at the start so you know exactly what to expect.

Relationship therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and rebuilding trust. Even in cases of infidelity, betrayal, or past trauma.
But it’s not magic. It works best when you’re committed, honest, and willing to engage in the process (including doing “homework,” reflecting, practising new patterns).
